THE QUINTESENS ADVENTURE BEGAN IN LATE 2007, WHEN A DAD DECIDED TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT HIS CHILDREN’S DIET.

It was only natural to be vigilant about the quality of their food, and specifically the choice of fats. Should a baby be given fat? How much? What kind? What nutrition does it provide? All legitimate questions for a former food industry executive concerned about how our food has evolved over the last 40 years.

After oils, vinaigrettes and sauces, this committed father with a human-focused approach to nutrition wants to review store-cupboard products and offer exemplary versions that take care of our health and the planet.
